somehow I agreed with you they could be ruining the real Bokator but the thing is the real Bokator is very hard to find they most dies out. there is a guy name ta nok during 80's he lived in north long beach 69th street he seem knew the real bokator and other guy lived in Elsinore I forgot his name look like om phan sth not sure but he seem like knew it too. thai took pradal serey khmer created to muay thai also name as muay boran thai haha thick face siam never ashame to do anything.

I guess you're right.I just don't appreciate liars, especially for fame and money.They are ruining the real Bokator. They are making people believe that his Hapkido is Bokator. That is just stealing. What makes it worse is that he says that Muay Boran is from Bokator.I want to see and learn the real art. I don't even like Hapkido or Tae Kwon Do.

if i were you I'll leave him alone why tell everyone? let him do his business at lease hes one of our Khmer master too. whatever he did is our Khmer face. should help support him instead.

use to be there are 5 Cambodia master in LB Kim bengky, San Kimsean Chet Sovoeun, Om mary and Sam Nou. the two big famous master is Om mary and Sam Nou those two master always well known in Cambodia community they gave a lot demonstration on Cambodia new year or any Cambodia special event. Kim bengky quit, San Kimsean moved back to Cambodia Om mary still around Chet Savoeun Hes back train in CAA master sam nou disappear I heard he is in Westwood not too sure. but no1 there really know bokator.

to what I knew master Chet Savoeun he is international Taekwondo North korean Martial Art, San Kim Sean he is Hapkido from soul korean Martial art they both not a real Bokator. this two master created kroean martial to be a fake bokator. they can lie to public can't lie themselves

It's funny of you to bring that up. I've been thinking the same thing. The styles look different from Master Chet in Long Beach, CA to Master Sean in Cambodia. What if they used other arts and made their own from that knowledge? How do we know he is the real deal?

the thing is the real Bokator people all death the one that you hear now here and there they're not 100 real most of them knew martial art from other style and try to lie to the world and create fake Bokator make everyone confused.
