This statement shows that Einstein was right to affirm that the universe and human foolishness are infinite - and he wasn't sure about the first.Even regarding any criticism on the Israeli politics, nuking the whole country would surely be a genocide and mass murder. Additionally, from the Palaestinian's point of view, this would be more than a crime, namely a mistake. They would inherit nothing but burnt earth and the fate of mass cancer deaths. They didnt reduce the size to prevent nuclear fallout. They reduced it to REDUCE the fallout.

Nikita Kruschev was bluffing overall. Tsar Bomba was created to make the United States think that they had more nuclear weapons than they did. The Tu-95 wasn't originally designed to carry the bomb. The bomb itself was supposed to have an explosion of 100 megatons but they replaced some of the parts to prevent nuclear fallout.
