you have to understand how some of the younger inexperienced guitarists think! if you don't tap and make "egyption" like noises you're no good. LOL Ritchie Blackmore is AWESOME! Tapping is cool and I like a lot of newer guitarists, but they don't play with "feel" like this much anymore. Sorry, but that's how I feel!

Are You Out of Mind those Blackmore is one of the best guitar player ever. Page Hndrix and Blackmore are the best guitarist of all the time.

Page is a wanker... never did the same solo twiceHendrix is from a whole differen era... from the late 60'sBlackmore reached his peak in late 70's early 80's (end of DP era, beginning of Ranbow era)

Because you are ignorant. Seriously you never heard of the Scorpions? We're not in 1978 anymore. This is the internet get educated please.Oh and PLEASE dont come arguing with me when you lack research. His playstyle not much variation?? He's the one who started the whole neo classical thing which Yngwie refuses to acknowledge he ripped off including him ripping off Blackmore.The only difference is Uli plays cleaner, faster, and more soulful than Blackmore who often made noise on his live solos

i really dont see how u can say he is better? if hes so much better how come i havent heard of him?, i even looked up some of his vids, theyre skilled sure, but in terms of passion and effort Blackmore definately takes the cake, and i dont hear Uli Jon Roth making new music like Blackmores night, uli jon roths style doesnt have much variation :/, both are unique in their own way

Blackmore, came out before Uli Jon Roth.Uli, was Mid to late 70's. Blackmore was 1970-72.Richie, was out before Uli.Nobody in 1970-72, was playing like Richie.
