well shevegen, im sure the ref is doing his job. considering herb dean he's one of the best refs in mma..in amateur rules he can stop the fight right away but in ufc he must first confirm that the fighter cannot defend himself before stopping it..other fighters doesn't want to stop the fight immediately coz they may a chance to recover and protect themselves but for this case the moment that it hit his face it was the end for him and he banged his backhead on the way down, double damage
