In 2005 I saw Colin Hay on a solo tour. He told the audience how 3 years earlier he had an old guy come up and tell him he liked Overkill and that line "goats appear and fade away." Colin had to tell him it was ghosts, not goats. So for 19 years the guy thought the word was goats and never questioned it.
