THE PLIGHT OF THE BURMESE PEOPLE
As if the Burmese people hadn't enough to contend with by being brutally ruled by a Junta of military criminals, they now have to contend with one of the worst natural disasters ever to occur in the region. With a bit of luck this will spell the end of the general's rule as it appears that they don't have the resources to deal with the disaster. Hopefully, the world's aid agencies will get in there as quickly as possibe and do what they can to alleviate the suffering on the ground.

I've found HIT good for my joints.I've used it for leg workouts,as my knee is crap.It stresses the joint less,simply because there are fewer overall reps...no great effort needed to reason that.

HIT works, it was originated from Mr.Arthur Jones, the guy who invented "Nautilus" machines. Mikes, is sort of a watered down version. It Works. Period. But you have to follow it, like Mr.Jones did, back in the Colorado experiment.

I argee 100% When I think of hit, my joints ache, I think of going home tired hungy andwaking up with no results! What is the HIT aproach to mid section. I could not imagine building a body from start to finish with is program. I believe hit was developed when Mike Mentzer discovered that when your on Roids, "you can lift very heavy weights really slow for a couple reps and still grow". What you have now is exactally what you see in pro bodybuilding videos!
