Any opinion, any worldview, or any idea is subject to human bias. The fact is, objective truth does not exist. Even any logical argument begins with a presupposition, and therefore is also influenced by our subjective biases. The only true measure of objectivity is universal experience. Objective truth is the limit that we can only hope to obtain, but can never actually get there. I believe the beauty in life is the journey to truth, and not actually the "truth" itself.

It depends on what laws you are looking for. Religion and politics are always intertwined with one always having an impact on the other. The fact that Christianity was established as the official religion of the Roman Empire in February 380 (historically one of the most influential and powerful empires known to man) looks like a very significant law in my opinion. Adding to that was Constantine declaring Sunday as the official Roman day of rest in March 321.

Reading through these numerous responses, it is clear that many are offended to know that there are intelligent people out there who don't share the same way of viewing the world as themselves. To all those debating which religion is right and which is wrong, I believe you've missed the entire message of this awesome piece of verbal art.
