THE PLIGHT OF THE BURMESE PEOPLE
As if the Burmese people hadn't enough to contend with by being brutally ruled by a Junta of military criminals, they now have to contend with one of the worst natural disasters ever to occur in the region. With a bit of luck this will spell the end of the general's rule as it appears that they don't have the resources to deal with the disaster. Hopefully, the world's aid agencies will get in there as quickly as possibe and do what they can to alleviate the suffering on the ground.

THoughlike you I need to do running, so I also do 5k for 9-10mins, evenings, and run at a club 6-10 miles Sats and Sundays. Running more def burns fat long term. I'm clearly not an expert like the others, just a regular guy, tho I'd like to be helpful(!)

You don't really eat that much, not to see results, I think you might benefit from running longer distances if you're not removing fat from your abdo? I have definition lines after doing this daily since May.

wayztoichi, if you could be a bit more specific to my own schedule. I wake up eat cerial, go walk about 3/4 miles to class, eat a sandwhich and yogurt at class, walk 3/4 miles back home eat a fiber bar and or vegetables. Wait 2 hours do 200-300 calorie burn run on the treadmill, then weights. And i eat dinner a few hours after that, what should i add/change or modify?
