This is just so peaceful, even to listen to, I feel our society is lost. We need mindfulness to wake us up. We are asleep at the wheel and driving a million miles an hour. It's not only us as individuals that need to be mindful, it is all of society. Let's get started now in the present moment. As Thay says, "Breath, you are alive".

Praying will not help single or raped mothers who abort and live in very poor conditions like in my country, I dont think any single person would like to abort his baby if she had enough money and education to raise it, but that is sometimes not a choice, maybe anti abortion people with enough money should adopt a couple of kids from the girls and women who cant afford to feed another mouth, that may be a good idea.
