This was not a cop. this was an actor. The cops I know wouldn't have handled it as this one did.(This guy would have no business being an officer and wouldn't work in THIS area where I have always lived.I will say that for sure) The point IS; if someone HAS them the officer is going to get to the truth ANY how. I have never been pulled over for no reason and being honest with them has saved me a whole lot of trouble. My first thought was that they took too long to pull over. That didnt help

I dont know what to say first. It's illegal for these kids to have drugs, or its illegal for an officer to GROSSLY ABUSE HIS POWER BY STEPPING ON THE RIGHTS OF CIVILIANS. Dont you understand that this is NOT a video about HOW TO EVADE THE LAW, its a video about how to STAND ON YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, even during the most stressful times. How many times on the evening news have we all seen videos of police brutality? If more people knew their rights, then police wouldnt go around abusing them

Just more reasons to hate cops.

There are two places drug dealers belong.ONE is dead. The other is in jail for a long LONG time.I am referring to illegal drugs; not grandma's prescription. They were in posession of illegal drugs and probably got it off their record for co-operating. I have never in my life EVER been pulled over and treated in any way other than professional.Stop trying to justify it.If I personally saw someone smoking and driving or drinking: I have a cell phone. They would be pulled over and arrested

Why shouldn't they have illegal drugs with them? It'd be ridiculously inconvinient to pay other people to transport the drugs for them. People need to go places, and people need drugs... seems only reasonable that people will occasionally need to move drugs around.

Well moth, that's either very astute satire or a terrifying reflection on the state of the modern American. Either way, very interesting.

They are allowed to let the dog walk around your car. How you decline is important."Mind if I look around?' "Fuck you i know my righ. . .hey what are you doing with that tazerzzzzz""Mind if I look around""Well sir I have nothing to hide but also I have nothing to gain by surrendering my rights. I understand your doing your job but I must respectfully refuse."

The ACLU are practicing lawyers who volunteer their time pro bono to defend the constitution, (of course they have a point of view that may differ from yours) and only the Constitution
FREEDOMLVR7 (September 7, 2008 at 6:52 pm)
Here is an idea; don't have drugs with you? Don't smoke pot and drive? Don't DRINK and drive? The cop was out of line talking about"very bad men doing very bad things to you..'(and this isn't real good acting) Don't have illegal drugs with you.Driving while drunk and /or HIGH is dangerous to the rest of us out there. He could have refused the officer access but he could have gotten to the truth another way, still LEGAL but more time consuming. Then you would end up with a stiffer fine and jail.

I've seen police act like this, it's always amusing to see them look like fucking idiots in court afterwards. |
