TYT names 3 justifications for war according to international law, first 2 are corrects, third one isn't. Humanitarian crisis can be used as a rational by the Security Council to vote a military intervention, but a country can't simply invoque it as a justification and claims that makes it legal. Do you think Syria could invade Israel to save the Palestinians, or Iran invades Iraq to save the Iraqis? Powerful countries like the US wipe their ass with international law, but we shouldn't.

Rush is a scary man & those who listen to him & admire & believe what he says are just as frightening. Rush & his audience are similar to Hitler & the thousands of Germans who thought his vision of building an Aryan nation was the supreme way to go. Did history not teach us anything?!?! Clinton got closer to killing Bin Laden than anyone. He didn't "let him go", he sent secret missions (three of which are released and known) to find Bin Laden, one of them missed the guy by a day. Got there too late. Saddam didn't have WMD, and Powell was forced to lie to the UNSC about them. We are borrowing so much money from overseas, America is about to fall behind China and India economically. This war was a mistake, and now that we've started it, we've plunged Iraq into a civil war.
