no the vapor has to be there to create a BOMB explosion. how come if you make a spark from the static electricity it can light gas on fire as a gas station. If that guy does that at a gas station there would be a huge gas fire. You don't know anything go home.

fuel vapor has to be existant to create a fire. it's not like a gas station would just explode like they do on the movies.
