in my opinion is that family guy got popular and came back cause kids and people watching adult swim after family was cancled, now i use to enjoy family, stewie was evil back then, when the show came back he took he on new roles as the same with other characters just to get gags cause they can't use the characters origanal traits to pull off a gag
