I understand completely! Figure skating is really hard but that's the fun part! I am on the level freestyle 4. What about you?

A lot of people fall that doesn't mean its a bad sport. I love to figure skate but since northwest closed down its been really hard for me! Sure its dangerous, i broke my arm from doing shoot the duck while spinning but still... i got right back in the rink even while my arm wasn't healed! People love this sport so instead of putting up videos with falls and cuts how about one with people succeeding!

being a figure skater takes hard work and effort and besides have you even experienced it? just so you know i am a figure skater and it is worth it sport or no sport but still it is a sport if not than why is it in the Olympics?

ok people, FIGURE SKATING is a sport! is speed skating a sport? is hockey a sport? well if hockey's a sports so is figure skating, think about wuts athletic bout those two sports the SKATING!!!! I'd lik to see some of u try what i do on figure skates its not easy, my legs always ache and today their covered in bruises, so if u dont think figure skatings a real sport, try it i bet more then 50% of u would quit after a day of it, it a lot of skating and determination and skill so shut up peoples!!

Totally right. No, I am not a figure skater but one of my best friends is. And let me tell you something...THEY TRAIN SO HARD!! She is at her rink every morning at 6am She also trains after school & on weekends sometimes. When people say that sports like ice skating, cheerleading, water polo, etc, aren't sports, they need to check the definition of sport. We work just as hard as you do, sometimes harder and I bet you wouldn't make it through ONE of our practices. Get a life haters =]
