The name Spinning just indicates that you're trying to go as hard and fast as possible (depends on the resistance, if the res is low youre trying to go fast and if its high youre trying to go hard). Either way, what you're trying to do by going hard and fast is to make the wheel SPIN faster, so therefore SPINNING is a great name! It's like baseball or basketball, either name can't represent the game in whole, but get an important part of the sport. Well, I see it that way.

i've been riding these spinner bikes for a while now and they are amazing. Its good because no one really uses them/knows much about them. Only negative is you don't know if your peeing yourself because it restricts blood flow to you meat.
