I'm a native Ukranian speaker. And in Ukranian you can put verb anywhere you want.And Ukranian is not Russian! And their grammar is different! Ye there are some same words, but most of them are read in different way and very often mean absolutly different things in these 2 languages... And people who know only Russian don't understand Ukranian! They can understand only few words which are the same... But not the sense of that what was said...

Does the verb come first and then the subject in Ukrainian? I'm learning Russian so I'm used to "ya znayu."
