Definitely WAY harder than a dunk. An athelete will be able to dunk BEFORE he can actually be able to go almost parallel to the floor and STILL get high enough to 'throw'/slam the pill into the cup.

If he hadn't put the cape on then all the hoopla would be fairly subdued. The cape was too much theatrics- doesn't detract from how awesome this guy is as a player.

ok it was an awesome play, and howard is a sick player, but it wasnt a DUNK. pause it at :24 clearly he didnt touch the rim, and he couldnt have gotten to the rim if he had tried. not hating on him, but its not really a dunk.
