I am not really understanding the moral of the story here. I mean why does she want her daughter to have the perfect life when everybody makes mistakes. I have the answer to that, because she is crazy!

I really dont think that those who say i would have commited suicide if it were me . i man i feel hoorible for christina but werse things have happened and papole have moved on the only reason why you see it like that is because its probably one of the only stories of abuse that you have heard so try and think twice

jesus, I'll never see that movie, what a spaz (I dunno who she is, but I don't like her anyways) she's just a crazy, angry, freaky spazzing lady (at least in the movie)

Many people corrobortated Christina's story whereas nobody corroborated B.D. Hyman story. So you tell me who's lying?

"My Mother's Keeper" was never made into a movie. Unlike Christina Crawford, B.D. Hyman (Bette Davis' daughter) didn't wait until her mother was dead. Hyman said the book was an "invitation" to her mother to reconcile. Bette Davis didn't take it way. |
