Maybe it's the sentiment for Roy that makes me think his version of this song is the best ever, and any other attempts at singin the it simply didn't do justice..

But the song was specifically written for Roy. Coming late into his career, had it been written 20 years earlier it would have been much better.But Celine's cover is without doubt the best of the bunch.
