I never said public forums were an way to get a point across in any manner that could actually affect politics. I said they're a good place for debates because in the real world arguments are narrowed down.P.s. you don't know where I'm from.

i dissagree downtown hood , its called being walked all over , im not sure why americans have to be such pussys. the canucks lost the stanley cup and we had a riot in vancouver that lasted to days , america is loosing there rights/ their country , and apparently non violent civil disobediance is not the answer , i mean its clearly not working so far lol we need to start smashing faces

I know that violence doesn't change anything on the long-run. But did you not read what I said? I said that you use the Black Bloc to outsmart the police. And whoever said they were restricted to bricks? Anarchists in Greece sometimes use rifles and high explosives.I myself do not take part in this activity. But I am spreading knowledge as to what it is and how it is applied.

How is the black bloc effective? Does smashing a few windows or hitting a few cops really do any real damage to them or the system? All it does is give them an excuse to use force. Do you think that you're going to defeat the cops or capitalism with a few bricks? Non-violent civil disobedience is much more effective, and when the cops do get out of line, they have no excuses.

The black bloc is a very effective street tactic. Want to defeat the police? Figure out what there tactics are and learn how to defeat them.
