I know, He did a good job. I'm just saying I like the gene kelly twistless free version. I didn't criticize him. I just said that I didn't like how it looked and sounded. It's good for R&B honestly, he's a great singer and dancer, just not for this particular genre of music entertainment.

Well its true you're entitled to your opinion. I'm entitled to mine as well. I think he did an excellent job. He resepected the classic, but put his own twist on it. You complimented him sort of and then criticized him.

It's called a tribute for a reason people!! Usher is just showing his respect for both the Era and the people of that era he does a great job! Lets just leave it at that!!!!

well i believe i said that ^_^I was just stating that as a matter of personnel opinion Mr. Kelly did it better, because his movements seemed like he was more relaxed.

well he's not supposed to be exactly like Gene Kelly. They are supposed to put their own twist on the tribute to the person they are imitating. I think he did a great job.

Nuff luv & respect to Usher... of course he'll find it difficult to uphold a classic like dis so I'd like to see sum1 else out der try to replicate any of Usher's achievements! Thought so... fuck all u haters man.

Well he did a good job in a way,The tribute was very classy. So I have respect for him for this. But no one can replace Gene Kelly. I know usher has his own way of singing but it just doesnt fit with this song. I don't know how to explain it better than that. The carried notes and letters were just a bit to much for me.and his movements looked slightly different than gene kellys meaning it looked like Ushers were to forced in a way.
