Walking With Beasts is an introduction to the animals (predominantly mammals) that roamed the earth from the extinction of the dinosaurs until the rise of early humans. The sequel to the BBC's acclaimed and highly successful series Walking With Dinosaurs, Beasts also uses a combination of clever special effects and computer-generated imagery to create a realistic world as it may have appeared millions of years ago. As to be expected from any BBC nature programme, the images are visually stunning; the prehistoric animals look impressively lifelike, interacting seamlessly with each other and their environment to create an entire world that could have been photographed only yesterday. Walking With Beasts has a host of little touches and flourishes that add to the feeling of realism (the animals knock over the cameras, pebbles hit the lens), which make this programme a success as a piece of pure entertainment and prehistoric escapism.

Of course. Scientists are already studying animal brain activities, but the results are way different. Some show sign of rational thinking, others show that they have the brain capacity of a rock (exaggerated but it says what I want to say XD). And while I would not actually refer to humans as animals I must admit that we are in most ways. Improved animals one might call it :)

Yeah, you could be correct there. However, there is no way of knowing yet without studying the brain activity of animals. We are animals, but your right in saying we have advanced emotional and social skills

Mourning yes I believe that I've seen that myself. But is that not survival instinct? It can just as well be as it feeling emotions. I am not talking about feelings such as being depressed or hurt. Every animal, non-mammals as well, can feel depressed, hurt or even happy. But the ability to feel deep, fully reflected sorrow or love, I think is an ability that humans have developed from the basic feelings. That is what I think.

Mammals like foxes mourn the death of others. I've seen first hand a fox wimpering along side another fox that was killed on the road.

Look up the chat ok? Just NOTICE what I've written and you'll see that I have no evidence, I know I have no evidence, I never SAID I had evidence which meant that I have a THEORY that is just as good as any other theory. That is why I said it was a matter of opinion, meaning which theory you believe most in since there is evidence for neither. Now if people tell me that science proved me wrong I respect that but I have the right to know the evidence taht proved my theory wrong.
Seano71 (December 31, 1969 at 4:59 pm)
and do you have any evidence to back up those claims? No? Thought as much

but then you can't be a full christian because you are rejecting a large portion of the bible. You just believing in the bits that suit you.
