yo man flex wheeler is 80% genetics...he's a pure ecto morph but gains muscle very easily even before he started jucing in his early to mid 20's he has the perfect body shape..even tho he's an ectomorph he was born very symmetrical

steroids could only do so much. Ten years of muscle maturity put Coleman on the man. RIP Demayo. Flex and Levrone were great. Unfortunately, flex's body payed the price on the kidneys (not the roids but diuretics). Levrone was fortunate to get out the game on time. These guys are all my heros and fun to watch. Remember, roids could only do so much...insulin and Furosemide (diuretics) are also abused.

ronnie coleman is 100% genetically gifted and he works out harder than anyone else which is why he's impossible to beat and has dominated the sport...alot of guys are 60 or 70 percent genetically gifted and work out very hard but will never be pro

lol it's amazing that Ronnie coleman,eventualy overpowered the top 2 later on the pro stage...who knew? for all we know, LEVRONE WAS HEIR APPARENT.

Ronnie had far superior conditioning, superior size (except the arms, which were overfilled with oil and out of proportion on Flex's physique).But particularly the conditioning... Flex wasn't within a million MILES of Coleman. |
