Yes this is the one attributed to Giulio Cannini (1545-1618). However it was unknown before being presented by Russian composer Vladimir Vavilovis (1925-1973). It is believed that he wrote this piece himself. He was know for numurus hoaxes, where he attributed his own works to those of other composers. In any case it is a beautiful work, and Miss Westenra had done a wonderful rendition.

The angels may walk among us, but they haven't forgotten how to soar. My dear sweet Lord, how high can this one soar?
