it wasnt the bullet that came back it was that piece of iron that looks like a washer, it hits the ground first, then bounces up and hits him, you see it hit the ground first and farthest away from him

Pure physics, it hit the perfect angle to come back exactly where the shooter was. The odds are out of this world. I mean, nearly incalculable. The surface would have to be perfectly angled to reflect it back. Seriously, this guy is very lucky, and unlucky that this even occured. Serious insanity. You could shoot a million shots and not have this happen ever again.
