I think he says 'I'm singing this wrong' then starts a line but plays til lyrics & music are in time, he sounded really emotional. I could be wrong though, just a guess!

Omg- I love this...you can hear the passion in his voice. He makes it sound like his own story, his own song and not a cover at all. Amazing.What does he say at 2.30?

I love this song - all versions of it. It should be the new Scottish national anthem, in my opinion. Flower O' Scotland doesn't give me the chills this does or make me want to march on England as much! ;)

it makes you be proud of your homecountry even if you arent a scot. its a wonderful song about nostalgie and the love you share with all the people who come from the same counrty as you do. makes you just wanna go home.

he's taking a very "staight" folk song and giving it some blues. Given the subject (being away from home) it's an interesting version. better than celtic woman anyway!!! |
