The reason that he fails in this interview is the same reason he failed as a president, thus causing catastrophe and mayhem that will take decades to clean up: he never listens. when he said the world is better without Saddam he must have forgotten about when the US let Saddam continue to rule Iraq after the Gulf war and go on to kill thousands more people even while US troops were in Iraq. Oh and that was after the Americans had use for him of course after the Iran-Iraq war.
