Ify:what I've found about journeyman,is that when they want to portray anything about Naija, they only scratch the surface, and don't do a deep enough study of facts, and then they go completely off course! What the bloody hell has slum dwellings got to do with Nollywood? Look at the people they are even citing as an authority! Where are the main actors/producers who MAKE Nollywood what it is today? No mind journeyman jare,we know what's what!!PEACE!!!

I know right?I was thinking the same thing. How can they do a documentary about Nollywood and not have Genevive Nnaji, Omotola Jalade, Ini Edo, Rita Domnic, Desmond Elliot. I mean the main people of Nollywood. WTF, the only main person is Stephanie and that Hank guy. His not even famous enough to be giving the name well-known. In all documentary of Nollywood i've seen so far; the main actors of Nollywood are not included especially Genny.

Can you answer this for meOut of curosity, why did they decided to do a documentary when the director is doing a film about the village. Why not the city? Oh well i still love village films.

Whos Nanku? Is that the guy in this video. Umm the only well paid actor in this video is Stephanie. Theguy in this video is barely in movies and the ones he is in are usually some fucked up movie people buy. I mean comeon with that annoying wannabe accent (why you think no one buys his videos). hence the reason the poor guy is poor. Compare his way of life to a well paid actor(genevive nnaji)

Wow!one of the highest paid actor Nanku or whatever drives piles of junk BMW'S,piece of crappy motorbikes and lives in a slum(SURULERE)with mini mechanic shop in front of his house. What a cheat and is that what you call earnings and living?.That guy is even proud and happy, anyway it's good to be contempt with Nigerian way and lifestyle.

I utterly utterly utterly love Chinny Ahenku. She is the best of the best and this is the first i am hearing from her that she tried to be an actress she was told with her voice she can only be a secretary, See how God works in mysterious ways. Amongst female producer/directors Chinny is my favourite then Emem Isong. She is excellent. She really directs. If you havent seen her movie try and look for "alice my first lady" Excellent.

My Dad went to Nigeria before I was born. He hated it. When I told him about nollywood, he said he was suprised they had cameras. |
