What in the fuck? Is this genuine marketing or simply a spoof on Hollywood marketing? I mean Jesus. There is no possible way they can do all of that shit in 3 years...in 3 years they MAY be able to get the roadway and basic foundation to the islands built. Hmm I say it's Hollywood.
