In some ways great, but in some ways best kept in the bedroom.

It happens every time, right? Same here...I watch and I watch and I watch...and BOOM!I was listening to Blow by Blow the other day...and heard something new. Something I hadn't heard before in the last 33 years of enjoying it.

The best live guitarist I've ever seen but the Youtube police think I've said too much so they're cutting me off.

Everytime I have not listened to JB for a while, when I come back to give him a listen, I am left with a sore jaw and "WTF was that?" expression on my face.

Doesn't get any better than this

There are shredders, then there is THIS guy. He makes every shredder look STUPID with this performance. As far as individual "style", nobody can touch this guy. Not bad for a garage mechanic that does this part time.

sound sculptor! that's a great description. he is a consumate crasftman, a purveyor of fine sounds. his attention to tone and care toward every single note is unparalleled, a man can play what he plays note-for-note but still won't be Jeff Beck. his talent is intangible. his guitar is an extension of him, just as much a tool as a singer's voice or a builder's hammer.

Sound sculptor! So great! He may afford Jennifer Batton to pedal the Snarling Dog Mold Spore Wah/Ring modulator for Him! My all time favorite! Difficult to play though! Alive proof there are Strats and other guitars!
