Hey I thought the song was nice addition! I am on my first batch of Belgian Ale, one week gone and setteling beautifully in a baumey 70 deg and crying for that final journey down the gullet.

The song is annoying but the time lapse is fascinating. I like the name, stouts are my favorite.

Doesn't the light negatively affect the quality of the beer?
Grinerine (December 31, 1969 at 4:59 pm)
When yeast gets to work, a head of foam is created. Some brewers skim it off, although mostly it's allowed to settle out back into the brew.

makes me not want to drink
