i love the potato cakes! never had the chance to eat them in the evening, but had a lot of them at breakfast in most of the b&bs where i stayed. But i think the cakes they gave me there were bought in a supermarket, because they were thinner and smooth, but tasty nonetheless. Thanks for posting!
