Loved your video on fried chicken..But you use cast iron pan and said you season it..How do you do this?? Oil it or what?? I have a set of cast iron but haven't used yet..

Hello, Yeah the oil needs to be hot and most of the flour will wash off but enough should stay on to form a light crust!THanks,Dave
