The best reason to be vegetarian is because most modern farming methods are disgusting and cruel to animals. If you must eat meat, go for free-range or organic (the animals live happier lives and are killed more kindly).Meat eating also makes the problem of poverty worse.

A lot of people don't know that PRIMARY source of ALL essential amino-acids and almost all vitamins are vegetative and meat-eaters don't get anything essential from meat. If you're meat eater I invite you to disprove this claim.
