Hey Dave Sherry here : ) This looks great. I got a couple of questions....Do you have a recipe for Stuffed Peppers? I'd love to see how you make urs. Also...I've got a big mess of frozen mussles in my freezer and I don't know what to do with them. Any suggestions? If you've got a good seafood pasta with mussles recipe It'd be great if one day you could get around to do a vid for it...and the stuffed peppers too. I don't want much, do I? Haha. Thanks!

You can cook them in the oven. I just like to make my casseroles with cook meat. Try it with them raw and let me know how it worked out?Thanks,Dave

I never liked TV Cooking Shows, as they were borings and it was difficult to keep track how much of what ingredients need to put .. Your video looks so homely and I have no problem to follow ... I made Beef Stew and it came out excellent .. Thank you ..
