great vid,Dave. Love that accent. I'm cooking the "chicken soup" as we speak from a can of low sodium chicken stock and a mirepoix with garlic and fresh parsley. I know,it's a mediocre substitute for you real chicken soup but it's all I had in the house ;). Have a nice day.
