Yes, there is a bit more for you to add to the list...Riboflavin, Vitamin B12 and Phosphorus, as well as Protein, Selenium, iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, vitamins E B12 and B6, thiamin,niacin, folate, and folate. That's in the egg along with the fat and cholesterol. Thanks for asking!

You are both fortunate and unfortunate! Fortunate to have real proper ramen where others may not. Unfortunate to have no choice and thus no appreciation of variety of ramen in your life...after all, as a great chef once said..."Variety is the spice of life!"
