Can you keep wiiconnect24 active while having the Homebrew channel installed with no Emulators, WAD's but with a DVD player, Save Installer and Save instractor, GeckoOS and Orcarina?

I highly doubt it even though I haven't tried it yet. You see, you need to save a file to an SD card to get the twilight hack, something the gc version can't do.

When u do the twilight hack can you also use a gamecube zelda twilight princess disc. (Meaning can you use twilight hack with the Game cube version of Zelda Twilight Princess.)If u can tell me it wuld be great:)
