the five ten shoes soles wear down really fast from the reviews i read about them, but i guess it depends how much u use them.

Back in Nam they used no equipment. They migth banged in to a tree with ther head but they dindt care, cuz they were fearless soldiers with big arms and french beard..

I did runn in skateshoes before and it worked but when i did go over to some realy great running / parkour shoes did i feel the diffrent realy much!So i will recomand some realy good shoes, if you got money so buy some good shoes it will help you alot.I did get much better when i got some good shoes!:DSorry for my English.
