if you r just learnin how to do these n cant get it. the secret is 2 turn the lower half of ur body at your hips but keep ur shoulders parallel with the board that way wen your about 2 pop u kinda start out like a fs flip but keep ur shoulders straight so you dont turn & it helps for when you flick it 2. itl make it ezer 2 go betwn ur legs. front foot kinda more in the middle of the board a lil more off the side makes it ezer & ur back foot push like a fsshuv & jump behind the board 2 catch it
