Both are the same scenes happening at the same time. In the 2nd movie, this is meant as a final closing scene between Landy and Bourne. In the 3rd movie, we find that it is really Pam giving Jason a code in the form of a Birth-Date to lead him to where everything started for him. The final scene in Ultimatum does not lead back to the 1st movie, he would have had to drift over 5000 miles for that too happen. Not too complex... I noticed a few of the inconsistencies when I first saw Ultimatum.

Ohhhhhhhhhh......... I get it now! Thanks! So in supremacy they showed something that was going to happen in ultimatum! Huh, I wouldn't know cuz I only saw ultimatum, not the other too. But I have a friend who saw all three and he told me about it, but he didn't tell me about what you said, though. Thanks for helping me figure that out.

It's the same scene... The Ultimatum starts after the car chase scene in the Supremacy. Then, at the end of the Supremacy, it shows this scene, which is a bit in the future, as the Ultimatum show's all that was leading up to it. It's the same scene, they just re-shot it. Thus 'visual inconsistencies'.

Yeah Jason and Pam are talkin about his "birthdate" 4-15-71. But his real birthdate is 9-13-70. 4-15-71 is just a code to meet eachother, and they're talkin like this beacause Noah Vosen is listening.

ahh ok, i mean i realised at the end of the film it was the street, but did'nt realise the convisation had been set up, maybe because they knew volson would be listerning?Anyways, awsome trilogy. apparently there making a forth... even though there wasn't a forth book
