lol in the USA many cities in my state do that. In Pennsylvania, Philidelphia and Pittburgh do that, especially the town of Gettysburg. its awesome to do these kinds of events, it makes everyone better. this video was great and five stars!

The people of Glasgow look like some of the best people on earth. They are great the way that even tougher looking kids and guys will go in for the hug. You wouldn't see that in USA cities, I don't think. THis video made me smile.
